This certificate is for master gardeners, landscape architects, and horticulture enthusiasts. 

It allows you to gain insights into fruits, vegetables, crops, and medicinal plants to enhance your understanding of horticulture.

The Horticulture Certificate is a 12-hour program.

To earn this certificate, you'll complete the following:

  • Complete at least two courses at the 100, 200, or 300 level 
  • Complete at least six hours at the 400 level 
  • Earn a grade of C or better in 12 hours of class work

Current University of Illinois students are eligible to enroll in the courses each semester (Fall, Spring, Summer). Start your certificate.
